Daniela Tejeda is a Senior Human Resources Manager at BODEN. She has over a decade of experience leading the HR function at PR and Marketing agencies.

Daniela is passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential and is committed to building a culture of trust, inclusion, and excellence. As such, she plays a pivotal role in driving BODEN’s talent development initiatives, making the agency one of PRWeek’s Best Places to Work and a three-time Agency of the Year in 2023.

Throughout her career, Daniela has delved into every facet of the employee life-cycle, leading the strategy and implementation of HR platforms and training and development programs. She has led international HR teams, understanding how cultural nuances contribute to the employee experience.

Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
